’Brinnande Horisont’ (Burning Horizon) is Stilla Havet’s second album and a continuation of the band's development towards an expression that captures contemporary electronic darkness, the 1980s drama and the comforting melodies of pop music. Suicide's chemical New York rhythms and Indochine's frankophile colonial panic end up in an apartment party playlist of Madonna-MP3s in a suburb of Minsk, when the Stilla Havet accounts for the state of things.
